Zheng Fang, Department of Economics, Texas A&M University

Zheng Fang is currently an assistant professor at Texas A&M University. His research area is Econometrics. He studies bootstrap inference in nonstandard problems where the parameters of interest exhibit certain forms of irregularity such as nondifferentiability and first order degeneracy. Currently he has a paper under R&R at Review of Economic Studies and two papers under R&R at Journal of Econometrics. Zheng Fang obtained his BS degree in 2008 and MS degree in 2010 both in Economics from Tsinghua University; he obtained his MS degree in Statistics in 2013 and PhD in Economics in 2015, both from UC San Diego.
